The house features three double bedrooms, three modern bathrooms with toilets, and a large open kitchen connected to the dining area, which leads directly to the beautiful elevated terrace-garden. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, all kitchen appliances, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a 40-inch TV. The recently landscaped 560 m² garden offers plenty of space for families to enjoy. Guests have access to the entire property. Located in a quiet residential area, it is ideally situated near the river. To encourage responsible water and energy use, a weekly allowance is included. Any additional usage is available for an extra fee. Meter readings will be taken at your arrival and departure. One dog per stay is allowed for an extra fee. Dogs are not permitted on sofas or beds. Please note: the stairs may be slippery for children wearing socks.
